Rules & Regulations



Please read and follow the rules carefully for a smooth academic journey.

Admission:
  • Admission is granted strictly on merit and seat availability.
  • All documents must be submitted in original at the time of admission.
  • Admission form must be filled accurately and signed by the parent/guardian.
  • Admission once granted is provisional until approved by the principal.
  • The school reserves the right to reject any admission without assigning reasons.
Withdrawal:
  • Withdrawal application must be submitted one month in advance.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
  • No refund of fees will be made in case of withdrawal during the term.
  • Withdrawal during the academic year may affect re-admission prospects.
  • Irregular attendance or misconduct may lead to forced withdrawal.

School Fees:
  • Fees must be paid as per the notified schedule without reminder.
  • Late fees will incur penalties as per school policy.
  • Non-payment beyond due date may lead to suspension of services.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Fee receipts must be preserved for verification.
Transport Fees:
  • Transport fees are to be paid along with school fees.
  • Full monthly fee is applicable regardless of usage frequency.
  • No mid-month discontinuation of transport service allowed.
  • Changes in route or stop must be informed in writing in advance.
  • Transport fees are subject to revision by school authorities.

Uniform:
  • Students must wear the complete and clean uniform every day.
  • Uniform specifications must be followed strictly without modification.
  • Casual wear on birthdays is permitted only with prior permission.
  • Blazers/Sweaters must be as per school code.
  • House uniforms to be worn on designated activity days.
Grooming:
  • Hair must be neatly combed and as per school norms.
  • Nails must be trimmed and clean at all times.
  • No fancy hairstyles, coloured hair, or accessories allowed.
  • Boys must maintain a clean shave; no beard or stubble.
  • Girls must tie hair properly and avoid use of cosmetics.

Discipline:
  • Disobedience or rudeness to staff will not be tolerated.
  • Vandalism, fighting or bullying may lead to suspension.
  • Mobile phones and gadgets are strictly prohibited.
  • Respect for school property and peers is mandatory.
  • Repeated disciplinary breaches will result in expulsion.
Punctuality:
  • Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the first bell.
  • Latecomers must report to the reception with an entry pass.
  • Three late arrivals in a month will be penalized.
  • No early leaving without prior written permission from parents.
  • Attendance in assembly is compulsory.

Leave:
  • Leave must be pre-approved through a written application.
  • Emergency leave must be supported by a parent note.
  • Leave during exams is not encouraged.
  • Absence for three consecutive days without notice may result in removal from roll.
  • Long leaves must have valid medical or official justification.
Attendance:
  • Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory for promotion.
  • Irregular attendance affects performance evaluation.
  • Proxy attendance is considered malpractice.
  • Attendance is marked at the beginning of each session.
  • Absence during important school days will attract penalties.

Classroom Etiquettes:
  • Students must maintain silence and discipline in class.
  • Books and materials must be brought as per timetable.
  • Eating, chewing gum, or gossiping in class is prohibited.
  • Students must respect teachers and follow all instructions.
  • Any damage to classroom property will be charged to the student.
Laboratory Etiquettes:
  • Entry without lab coat and instructions is prohibited.
  • Equipment must be handled with care and responsibility.
  • Lab journals must be maintained properly and submitted on time.
  • Unauthorized experiments are strictly banned.
  • Safety protocols must be strictly followed.

Examination:
  • Use of unfair means will lead to disqualification and action.
  • ID card and necessary materials must be brought to all exams.
  • Silence must be maintained throughout the examination.
  • Any form of malpractice will be recorded and penalized.
  • Re-exams are not allowed without valid reasons.
Promotion:
  • Promotion is based on overall performance and attendance.
  • Passing all subjects is compulsory for promotion.
  • Remedial support is provided only for eligible students.
  • Final decision of promotion lies with the school authorities.
  • Parents will be informed in case of borderline performance.

Prohibited Items:
  • Mobile phones, smart watches, and cameras are banned.

School Belongings:

  • School bags and belongings should be labelled.
Personal Belongings:
  • Students are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Money and valuables must not be brought to school.
  • Lost property must be reported immediately.
  • School is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Fancy accessories are not allowed.

School Transport:
  • Students must board and alight only at assigned stops.
  • Discipline in the bus is mandatory.
  • Damage to bus property will be fined.
  • Students must be on time for the bus; delays won’t be tolerated.
  • Transport facility is subject to revision as per management decision.
Private Transport:
  • Parents using private transport must ensure punctuality.
  • No double parking or honking near school gates.
  • Drivers must carry valid ID and school authorization card.
  • Only registered vehicles will be allowed inside campus.
  • Children must be briefed about road safety by parents.

Digital Learning:
  • Use only school-approved devices and software for academic purposes.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and never share them with others.
  • Regularly back up assignments and important documents.
  • Ensure devices are charged and updated before online or offline learning sessions.
  • Follow digital class schedules without delay or last-minute changes.
Online Conduct:

  • Refrain from verbal, physical, or cyber threats.
  • Support peers who are being bullied by informing a teacher or counsellor.
  • Participate actively in school anti-bullying awareness programmes.
Harassment Policy:
  • Maintain personal boundaries and respect others' personal space.
  • Avoid making offensive jokes or remarks about gender, religion, or appearance.
  • Never pressure others into uncomfortable situations.
  • Keep communication professional, both in person and online.
  • Report harassment incidents confidentially to school authorities.
