General Guideline



Please follow these important instructions to ensure a disciplined, safe, and productive school experience.

School Timings:
  • Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the assembly.
  • Entry after the bell will be recorded as late and must be justified.
  • Students must strictly adhere to the bell timings during school hours.
  • Office working hours for parents are from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM on working days.
  • No student will be allowed to leave early without prior written permission.
Annual Schedule:
  • The annual academic calendar will be shared at the beginning of the session.
  • Parents must note all holidays, exam dates, and PTMs from the calendar.
  • Any updates or changes will be communicated through official circulars.
  • Participation in scheduled school functions and activities is mandatory.
  • Students must be prepared for all events as per the annual plan.

Break Time:
  • Students should consume light and nutritious snacks during break. Non-Veg is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of plastic wrappers should be minimized; eco-friendly packing is encouraged.
  • Students are not allowed to roam in corridors or classrooms during break.
  • Washrooms should be used responsibly during this time.
  • Discipline must be maintained during short breaks.
Lunch
  • Lunch should be eaten in designated eating areas only.
  • Sharing of home-cooked food is encouraged among classmates.
  • Students must finish their lunch within the allotted time.
  • Proper table manners and hygiene should be observed.
  • No student is allowed to skip lunch without reason.

Intimation:
  • Any planned absence must be informed through a written leave note.
  • Urgent updates must be passed through the school office only.
  • Information related to fees, academics or exams will be officially shared.
  • Parents must check the school app or diary daily.
  • Verbal messages through students will not be considered.
Communication:
  • Teachers should not be contacted directly during school hours.
  • For detailed discussions, appointments must be taken in advance.
  • Feedback or suggestions can be submitted in writing.
  • Communication must be polite, respectful, and constructive.
  • WhatsApp groups are not official communication channels.

Health:
  • Parents must inform the school of any chronic illness or allergies.
  • Students should not attend school if suffering from contagious diseases.
  • Carrying personal medicines requires a doctor's note.
  • Students must maintain personal hygiene daily.
  • Regular medical check-ups may be conducted at school.
Safety Measures:
  • Fire drills and safety awareness sessions will be organized periodically.
  • Students must follow instructions during emergency drills.
  • No student shall bring sharp or harmful objects to school.
  • Suspicious behaviour or items must be reported immediately.
  • Visitors must carry proper ID and register at the reception.

Library:
  • Books must be issued using the student's library card.
  • Students are responsible for the books they borrow.
  • Any damage or loss must be compensated for.
  • Reference books cannot be taken outside the library.
  • Silence must be maintained inside the library.
Labs:
  • Students must follow lab rules as instructed by teachers.
  • Use lab equipment only during assigned practical periods.
  • Wear safety gear as applicable (lab coat, gloves, etc.).
  • Record observations carefully and complete practical files on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in lab areas.

Functions :
  • Participation in all major school functions is compulsory.
  • Students must rehearse and attend practices sincerely.
  • School uniform or specified dress code must be followed.
  • Parents must ensure punctuality for evening events.
  • Disciplinary action will be taken for last-minute withdrawal from functions.
Birthday Celebration:
  • Students may wear decent coloured clothes on their birthday.
  • Only toffees/chocolates are allowed to be distributed.
  • No cakes, gifts or decorations are permitted.
  • Celebration must be simple and within the classroom.
  • Parents are not allowed to visit or distribute items during school hours.

School Activities:
  • Morning assemblies, national celebrations, and competitions are compulsory.
  • Students must carry required materials or costumes as informed.
  • Discipline must be maintained during all school events.
  • Participation certificates will be awarded based on involvement.
  • Activity schedules will be shared through notice boards or app.
Extracurricular Activities:
  • Every student must opt for at least one activity beyond academics.

Homework:
